1. Artificial applicable regulation
   The contractual relationship between the organizing agency and the client is governed by the clauses of the contract of combined trip, the technical record that details its definitive content and for the present general conditions, all edited of conformity with what prepares the Catalan Regulation of the travel agencies and (I Decree 168/1994, of May 30) for the state Law of general conditions of recruiting (Law 7/1998, of April 13). The contracting parties undergo the jurisdiction of the Tribunals of Barcelona expressly to solve the discrepancies or reclamations that raise the interpretation or the execution of the contract of combined trip and of these general conditions, giving up the own jurisdiction in case it is different.
   
   
2. Inscriptions
   In the moment of the inscription a deposit of 40% of the total amount will be required more the amount of the additional services, if the client has opted for this service. The remaining balance will be paid in a non inferior term to 6 weeks before the exit date being considered otherwise, the annulled square and being applied in such a supposition the conditions pointed out in the section of annulments. The inscriptions will be valid only when they are confirmed definitively. In case the program is subject to a minimum of participation, we request to the client he/she requests specific information, in case he/she has not been provided, about the date limit and the particularities of the same one. 3. Surrender of the reservation

4. Annulments on the part of the traveler and/or cancellations
   The user that desists of the requested services or hired you is entitled to the refund of the paid amount, but it will reimburse to the Agency for the concepts that are detailed next:
   
   
   • Management expenses.
     
   • Annulment expenses.
     
   • Consistent penalization in the following percentages on the total amount: in case the waiver takes place:
     
     
     • From 15 to 11 days before the exit date: 5%
       
     • From 10 to 3 days before the exit date: 15%
       
     • In the 48 previous hours to the exit: 25%
       
     • In the case of non presentation in the moment of the exit without documented previous annulment, or of late presentation, it would suppose the total loss of the amount of the tourist package.

   Anyway, the economic consequences of the annulment in the event of special conditions of recruiting (as rates of transport to reduced price or certain suppliers' economic demands) will rebound on the client whenever it has been informed this way.
   
   

5. Variation of prices
   The price of the trip includes the detailed services as having included in the technical record and the tax about the added value when it is applicable and he/she understands each other effective during the season that is indicated. Not they not include any service specified as "included." The prices are based on the rates and effective currency change in the date of edition of the program and therefore, subject to possible modifications without previous warning in the case of alteration of some of these concepts. If the eventual alterations that can take place were not accepted by the client, the organizing agency it is untied of their commitment of benefit of services without more obligation than to carry out the refund of the borrowed deposit except for the management expenses and annulment if the there is, or offering you an alternative program to the initially conventional price.
   
   
6. Alterations and modifications of the trip on the part of the organizer
   If before the exit of the trip, the organizer was forced to modify in a significant way the essential elements of the same one, it will notify it in writing to the client, so that this can choose between canceling the reservation or the contract, or to accept the modifications of the initially hired trip. If before the trip or during the same one, the travel Agency was helpless of lending some of the services under the conventional conditions, the Agency will offer the user the refund of that paid by this service, or its substitution by another of characteristic similar. All service non loan will be reimbursed to the return of the trip, previous presentation of the corresponding voucher sent by the person or responsible entity. Refund some won't not be made by services used voluntarily by the client, whichever it is the cause of the non use. Also, the Agency can also cancel a trip for causes of more force, understanding as such those circumstances unaware to who invokes them, abnormal and unforeseeable whose consequences have not been possible to avoid in spite of having acted with the due diligence. In both cases, the consumer will be entitled to the refund of the paid quantities, except the management expenses.
   
   
7. Responsibilities
   The organizing agency will respond of the consequences that are derived of the no-execution of the contract in proportion to its intervention in the management of the combined trip. However it will be exempted well of this responsibility when it exists a cause of more force or (other people's, abnormal or unforeseeable circumstance, including the climatological circumstances) an event that neither the organizing agency neither the suppliers have been able to avoid, having even acted with the necessary diligence. It will also be exempted of responsibility when the cause is attributable to a client or a third. In the case of incidences in the air (shipment denial for any reason, cancellations, changes or flight retards; loss, delays or damages to the baggage, etc.) transport the client is responsible for negotiating the reclamation of her rights as passenger in the same airport where they take place. The lodging expenses, transport, maintenance, repatriation or others caused by these incidences won't be responsibility of the Organizing Agency When the trip is made in own vehicles or rented by the Organizing Agency, in the event of accident, whichever it is the country where he/she takes place, the traveler undergoes the legislation expressly as regards accidents of the country in which is registered the vehicle.
   
   
8. Necessary documentation
   Is each traveler's responsibility to go provided of a passport or effective document and of all the visas and necessary requirements that, depending on its nationality, demand the authorities of the country that he/she will visit one another. The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of being rejected by some authority the concession of the visa or for not having been foreseen the procedure of this on the part of the traveler. Likewise, the organizer doesn't become responsible in case the authorities refuse the entrance to the traveler to lack some of the demanded requirements. It will be for the traveler's bill any expense that originates. Those smaller than 18 years that travel without their parents or legal tutors and with an identification card of identity they will take a written form of their parents' authorization to be able to travel parents and that it should be processed in police's police stations. The minors that travel with a valid passport don't need that form, since the passport the times of paternal authorization ago. In case, for lack or incorrectness of the necessary documentation, the client was forced to cancel or to abandon the trip, the Agency will apply the conditions pointed out in the paragraph of annulments.
   
   
9. Reclamations
   The organization requests, explicitly that in the event of any eventual nonfulfillment, on the part of some supplier, the client he/she makes it consist from the first moment and "in situ" in writing, remitting, equally, it copies from this writing to the biggest brevity to the Organization.
